No. COS Global Careers operates on a strict zero-advance-fee policy. You never pay for selection, interviews or a place in the queue. Government visa fees are only paid after you receive a signed offer letter.

Yes. All employment packages placed through our agency include free duty meals and free shared accommodation, as required by the employer contracts we sign.

All official communications come only from our official domain. Any message from a free email address, or any request for payment to a personal account, is not from us.

For most trades, kitchen and hospitality roles English is assessed during the online interview and no certificate is needed. Skilled and healthcare roles may require proof of language level.

Application review takes 5-10 working days. Visa processing depends on the country: Canada 4-8 months, Malta and Portugal 2-4 months, Italy 3-6 months, Australia 3-6 months.

You may apply for more than one role, but please submit a separate application for each so our HR team can match you with the right employer.

A valid passport (at least 18 months validity), an updated CV or resume, and a passport-size photo. Trade certificates and experience letters are optional but improve your ranking.

You will receive an interview invitation by email, then an offer letter with your salary, benefits and start date. After you sign, we file your work permit and support your relocation.
