COS Global Careers is an international manpower recruitment and human resource consulting agency. We introduce candidates to verified employer sponsors. We are not the employer and do not guarantee selection.
2. Zero advance fee policy
No fee is charged for registration, assessment, interview scheduling or selection. Government-mandated visa and permit fees are payable only after a signed offer letter has been issued, and are always receipted.
3. Candidate obligations
You confirm that all information and documents you submit are true, complete and belong to you. Submitting forged documents results in immediate disqualification.
4. Processing times
Processing times published on this website are estimates based on current government service standards. Final decisions rest with the immigration authorities of the destination country.
5. Passport and document handling
We never retain original passports. Scanned copies are used solely for application and visa filing purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
While we verify every employer sponsor, we are not liable for changes in government policy, quota closures or employer-side decisions outside our control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
